Story
In 2018, after 4 years learning and developing my engineering skills at SKYDEX Technologies, I decided it was time to take my career to the next level. I wanted to better align my skills as an engineer with my passion for sports and the outdoors. I also wanted to develop my business understanding in hopes of improving my ability to communicate with and lead a cross functional team.
After discovering the Sports Product Management program through the University of Oregon in Portland I knew it was time to head west. I set my plan in motion. I took the GRE, submitted my application, and got accepted. It was then time to sell my house, say goodbye to friends and family and move with my supportive girlfriend and two dogs to Portland.
